<\/span>\u2022 <\/span>Non-Usage<\/b>: Not using the service or failing to log into your account does not qualify for a refund.<\/span>

  1. Contact Dovix Support<\/b>: Send an email to our team at info@dovix.ca including the details of your request, the reason for the refund, and any relevant proof or documentation (e.g., payment receipt, description of the issue).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Request Review<\/b>: Our team will review your request within ten (10) business days. We may contact you for additional information.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Decision<\/b>: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within ten (10) business days.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    If you have signed up for training, you can cancel at any time or postpone the training to a later date. However, no refund requests will be accepted for already billed and active subscriptions, except in cases of error or technical issues as mentioned above.
