Shipping Rates

Vendors are responsible for setting shipping rates for their products. These rates should reflect the item’s size, weight, and destination to ensure accuracy.  Shipping rates must be clearly displayed during the checkout process for customers. If you offer free shipping promotions, ensure they are highlighted on the product page.  Use the Dovix platform tools to update and manage your shipping rates regularly, keeping them competitive and transparent.

Shipping Methods

You can choose from a variety of trusted shipping carriers, such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others, to fulfill your orders.   In-person collection options may also be offered, depending on the item and customer preferences. Ensure all available shipping and collection options are listed and accurately configured in your vendor account. 

Delivery Times

Provide estimated delivery times for each shipping option. Communicate clearly to customers that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond your control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
